The hotel was more on the run down side. We found rodent feces on our sheets. The pillows were in bad shape.

Great location, one block off of Michigan Avenue, within walking distance of all Miracle Mile Shops. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having the refrigerator and microwave in the room and the pool for the kids to "wear themselves out" before bed.
Housekeeping did not attend to things in the room that needed repairs (drapes missing pull-cord, bath tub plug broken and tub not draining). We brought towels from the swimming pool for use in the room since housekeeping only left 3 bath towels one day. For 4 days and 4 people we only got 3 small bars of soap. Lots of street noise at night.
